• FIU College of Medicine receives philanthropic gift from Green Family Foundation to expand NeighborhoodHELP (fiu.edu) — South Miami is set to host new clinical space for FIU’s NeighborhoodHELP program, thanks to a $1.4 million in-kind donation alongside a fresh $1 million gift from the Green Family Foundation. The funding will help expand community-based primary care, mobile health services, and graduate medical training that serve high-need families across South Florida, including those reached from the new South Miami site.
