100 Child Porn Possession Charges Filed Against FL Man: Sheriff

LUTZ, FL — A Lutz man was arrested and charged with more than 100 counts of child pornography possession (10 or more images and content of images,) according to a Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office news release.

Christian Stark, 27, was also charged with one count of unlawful use of a two-way communications device.

While following up on another investigating Stark on Feb. 14, detectives conducted a search warrant at a home on E. Lutz Lake Fern Road, where they found numerous child pornography images on Stark’s phone, the sheriff’s office said.

He is a known felon who has been arrested 13 times since 2011.

"This is a disgusting case, and team HCSO will always work tirelessly to prevent child exploitation and abuse," Sheriff Chad Chronister said. "I want to make something very clear: we will catch you and hold you accountable if you are doing illegal acts that harm innocent children.”

Detectives believe that there may be more victims impacted by Stark. Additional charges against him may be forthcoming.
