MEMORY MATTERS! Join us at "Memory &amp; More" for a morning of brain health education, helpful resources, and community connection in recognition of National Alzheimer's Awareness Month in November. 
"Memory and More" is a community-wide event hosted by Vitality Respite Center featuring three expert speakers who will provide information on Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, helpful caregiver resources, and increase greater awareness of memory health.
This free event will take place at St. Andrew's UMC, 3315 S. Bryan Rd., Brandon, FL 33511 on Saturday, November 21 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. 
FREE Memory Screenings will be offered from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (must register, spaces limited).

The AMSA Pre-Health Chapter and Hillsborough College Brandon Campus are proud to host the 11th Annual HC Hawk Run, featuring a 5K and 1-Mile Glow-in-the-Dark Run on the Hillsborough College Brandon Campus! Participants can choose to join us in person on Saturday, November 7, or complete the virtual run on their own time anytime between Saturday, November 7, and Saturday, November 14. This family-friendly event is open to the public and welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are an avid runner, a casual walker, or simply looking for a fun way to support Hillsborough College students, we would love to have you join us! Registration is $25 through November 6, with same-day, in-person registration available for $30.

Most importantly, 100% of the proceeds support the HC Foundation Hawk Run Endowed Scholarship Fund, helping provide scholarships for Hillsborough College students and supporting their educational goals.

Think picnic meets party with denim, colorful picnic-inspired details, great music, big laughs, and plenty of opportunities to connect. Enjoy live music featuring some of the best voices from Tampa Bay’s musical stages, along with the comedy hijinks of Tampa Metropolitan Improv. And because we refuse to let a single delicious bite of that amazing charcuterie go to waste, Campbell River Cheese and Charcuterie will create individual picnic meals for guests to enjoy.
