The company also found that dining by travelers at hotel restaurants has increased 13 percent year over year, while overall hotel restaurant dining is up 7 percent. Meanwhile, 92 percent of respondents said they have eaten at a hotel restaurant without staying at the hotel, underscoring how many have become destinations for locals as well as visitors.

The rankings were compiled using verified OpenTable diner reviews and ratings, with restaurants evaluated on overall guest satisfaction and the percentage of five-star reviews.
