All American Gas and Rinnai Partner on Showcase Home

The Southern Living Showcase Home is excited to be featuring the newest Rinnai tankless water heater provided by All American Gas Services. Tankless water heaters provide an endless stream of hot water while only being the size of a carry on suitcase. Rinnai’s Ultra Series water heater will be mounted on the exterior of the home, so it takes up no interior space. These heaters last more than twice as long as a standard tank water heater, and most importantly, save hundreds on utility bills.

Serving the Tampa Bay area since 2002, All American Gas will also be piping natural gas to the kitchen cooktop, spa heater, indoor fireplace, outdoor grill and dryer. The Southern Living Showcase Home is a West Indies style, waterfront home with 5,000 sq ft of living space that has been designed and built by Tampa custom builder, Javic Homes. It will be open to the public in Spring 2014 for 6 weeks with all proceeds benefiting our two non-profit partners, Operation FINALLY Home and All Children’s Hospital.
