Sun, April 26th, the Seminole Heights Home Tour returns for the 26th rendition. The tour is Tampa’s original and longest running.
This year, the tour focuses on the Northeast portion of Old Seminole Heights with a range of gorgeous homes from traditional bungalows, mid-century, to modern. Homes on the river, homes with pools, two-story, and Craftsman - you’ll see it all. Plus points of important local history, the 22nd St Park/HAM radio club, and our electric and water plant.
The NEW start point (ticket pickup) is Rogers Golf Course and you’ll see the related First Tee of Tampa Bay YMCA youth development organization that uses golf to teach life skills. This non-profit children summer golf camp is our focus charity.
The tour runs 11:30 - 3:30 and ends at the Corner Club with a live band. Pre-purchase tickets for $25 (plus processing) or $30 the day of; but note discount for groups of 2+.
