As I was walking the Southern Living Showcase Home recently, I was excited to see that we are getting close to the opening on March 27th, but I was also thrilled to see the work by the experts at American Electrical and One Stop Cooling & Heating. We’ve worked with both of these companies for some time and are very happy to have them partnering with us on the Showcase Home.
American Electrical is a family-owned business that started in 1967. They do both residential and commercial work throughout the state of Florida. Their work on the Showcase Home includes all the electrical wiring, including the installation of all the fantastic lighting fixtures.
One Stop Cooling & Heating has been providing AC services for 23 years and operates in Tampa, Orlando and all of Central Florida. They are installing extremely efficient systems by Lennox in the Showcase Home.

Their work can be seen when you visit the 2014 Tampa Southern Living Showcase Home that opens to the public on March 27. The home will be open for 6 weeks with proceeds from admission benefiting two non-profit partners, Operation Finally Home and All Children’s Hospital.
