ATTENTION VENDORS related to Event Planning - Once Upon an Event Mixer this October 2013

We are pleased to announce that our upcoming October 18, 2013 event ~ Once Upon an Event Mixer will be held at "The Vault" in Downtown Tampa from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. The Vault, who I am told is planning their grand opening for the fall of this year, is a lovely venue for any event, which not only has the interesting focal point of having been a bank but also has a decorative "Vault."  The Vault has parking lots perfectly located across the street, around the corner, and their own; one of these lots is directly across from Sacred Heart Church.

We would like to invite you to be a vendor at our upcoming
Event Mixer.  The following list are suggestions of vendor types to be a part of this event:   Cocktail/bridal gowns shops, hair/makeup artists, caterers, sushi, wine/spirits, limousines, custom invitations, custom chocolates/desserts, bakeries, photography, videography, lighting & draping, music (bands, DJ), jewelry, florists, event rentals and linens, travel planners, and the like.
 
Our goal is to connect persons planning any event: wedding, anniversary party, corporation event, fundraisers or other occasion with local bay area vendors. This mixer will be of benefit by providing the introductions at a comfortable and enjoyable event located inside a beautiful venue supporting local businesses.
