Award-Winning Plastic Surgeon Joins St. Petersburg Practice

TAMPA, Fla. (April 21, 2016) – Recognizing the opportunity to further develop his current skillset, award- winning plastic surgeon Raja Nalluri, M.D. has joined expanding Clinique of Plastic Surgery to perform specialized cosmetic plastic surgery procedures.

Located in St. Petersburg, Fla., Clinique of Plastic Surgery is a highly reputable provider of unique aesthetic surgery procedures including cosmetic revisional surgeries. Led by Medical Director Christian Drehsen, M.D., the practice uses sophisticated signature surgical techniques, including the revolutionary Refresher Lift and Inner-Bra Subfascial breast augmentation and revisions.

With nearly 15 years’ experience in reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery, Dr. Nalluri has a versatile skillset that allows him to treat both routine and complex cases. In addition to his role at Clinique of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Nalluri owns his own practice in Sarasota, where he specializes in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.

He is an active staff member at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Blake Medical Center and Bayfront Medical Center, which regularly call on him to consult and perform surgery on difficult or complex cases. He also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor for fourth year medical students at the Florida State University College of Medicine Sarasota Regional Medical School Campus.

Dr. Nalluri earned his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and completed a rigorous six-year residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland. After specialty training, Dr. Nalluri became a board-certified plastic surgeon through the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

He has been named a top plastic surgery by independent agencies Castle Connolly, U.S. News & Word Report, America’s Top Doctors, The International Association of Plastic Surgeons (IAPS), and Cosmopolitan magazine.
