Javic Homes is excited to partner with B+F Lawn and Landscaping and Premier Brick Pavers to create a picturesque outdoor living area at the Tampa Southern Living Custom Builder Showcase Home opening Spring 2014. This entertaining space will feature an outdoor kitchen and living and dining spaces with beautiful waterfront views.
The Showcase Home will include an outdoor kitchen provided and installed by B+F Lawn and Landscaping. Complete with a granite bar-height countertop, 30” Alfresco grill, and U-Line Beverage Center, this space will be a great place to unwind and take in the view.

Premier Brick Pavers will be providing and laying the pavers in both the front and back exterior of the Southern Living Showcase Home using Belgard Pavers. The team at Premier has over 15 years of industry experience working with homeowners, architects, Tampa home builders, and pool companies.
Belgard’s Oceanside Series, which features crushed shell in each paver, will be laid in various colors and sizes throughout the exterior to compliment the home’s West Indies style. The Oceanside Series is extremely durable making it a great option for patios, drives, and walkways.
The Tampa Southern Living Custom Builder Showcase Home, built by Tampa custom home builder, Javic Homes, will be open to the public for 6 weeks in Spring 2014 with all proceeds benefiting our two non-profit partners, Operation FINALLY Home and All Children’s Hospital.
