Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More(R) Looks to Make Impressions in Tampa
Growing Garment Decorating Franchise Seeks to Add Up to 9 Locations by 2020

Custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, onesies and more are about to leap into Tampa. Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More®, a locally-owned, high-technology garment decorating retail store where customers have the freedom to design their own apparel, announces development plans to add nine additional stores through strategic franchise partnerships over the next 4-5 years.
As the fast-growing and award-winning concept has swiftly grown to more than 60 locations in 22 states, it is now shifting its focus to Tampa and is actively seeking qualified franchise partners, such as Nathan Sprowell, who recently opened a location in Wesley Chapel. As the very first employee of the first Big Frog store, Sprowell has been with the brand for seven years. After a brief hiatus working in technical repair for embroidery machines, Nathan has returned to Big Frog as the owner of his own store.
“This business is very natural for me,” said Sprowell. “I’ve spent time in the trenches and have grown alongside this business from its inception. I’m very excited to bring this fun, innovation concept to the community of Wesley Chapel.”

Sprowell is a mixed Army veteran who has served a tour in Iraq. Having an artistic background, he was drawn to Big Frog because it was an environment where he could utilize his passions, and he has plans to expand to additional locations.
“With very little local competition in Tampa and our successful franchisee satisfaction systems in place, a local Big Frog owner can make a huge splash in the area,” said Leeward Bean, CEO and co-founder of Big Frog. “With open territories all over Tampa, we are eagerly seeking enthusiastic local residents to bring this fun and growing brand to their community since it is densely populated with our ideal customer base.”
