Javic Breaks Ground On Southern Living Showcase Home
Javic Homes celebrated the groundbreaking of our Southern Living Showcase home this morning in South Tampa's Beach Park neighborhood.

A groundbreaking celebration occurred today at the site of the Southern Living Showcase Home in South Tampa’s Beach Park neighborhood. Javic Homes will now begin construction on the 5,000 sq ft West Indies style waterfront home to be unveiled to the public in the Spring of 2014.
The fully furnished and decorated home will highlight the best of innovative design, construction and technology featured in Tampa custom homes. Once completed, the showcase home will be open to the public for six weeks, with all admission proceeds benefiting our non-profit partners – All Children’s Hospital and Operation Finally Home. During this time, the home will also be hosting many community events and private functions.

In attendance at today's groundbreaking were the Title Partners for the Showcase Home - Northstar Bank, Coldwell Banker, Design Interiors Furniture and HIVE Home Automation and Security.

In addition to the Title Partners and other local partners, the Tampa Showcase Home is excited to have many National Partners whose products will be featured. Our national partners include: Belgard Hardscapes, Bevolo Lighting, Chevrolet, Marvin Windows, Moen Plumbing Fixures, Lennox Air Conditioning, Rinnai Water Heating, Sherwin Williams paints, Sunbrella Fabrics, Thermador Appliances, Trex Decking and Wellborn Cabinets.
