Frank and Bill Jennings, owners of Bill & Frank's Brickhouse Grill, announce the restaurant will undergo a full interior remodel.

Twin-brother restaurateurs Frank and Bill Jennings recently announced theirBrickhouse Grill will be undergoing a full interior remodel with new cosmetic changes. The restaurant’s remodel will include new interior colors, lighting and furniture, and will take place from July 3-9, at which time it will be closed.
“This will give Brickhouse Grill a more modern look, accompanied by a new menu,” said Frank. “After 15 years, it is time for a fresh new look.”
Brickhouse Grill’s new menu will cater to more of a “foodie-type” palate. New menu options include applewood bacon jams, pear butter and flavored ketchups as well as gourmet burgers, sandwiches and entrees. “They will accompany a new hot bar, and patrons can still enjoy our always fresh and plentiful salad bar,” said Bill.
