Buccaneers Release 2020 Game Schedule

TAMPA, FL — With the release of the team's 2020 schedule Thursday, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are banking on a winning season culminating with a 2021 Super Bowl championship.

The NFL released its full, 256-game regular-season schedule for 2020 that includes five nationally televised evening Bucs games. It's the most prime time games the franchise has ever played in a single season, likely due to the presence of Hall of Famer Tom Brady on the team.

The Buccaneers will be featured on two Monday Night Football games on ESPN and two Sunday Night Football games on NBC, as well as a Thursday night engagement on NFL Network.

Prior to the 2020 season, the most nationally televised games the Bucs played was in 2003 when the Super Bowl XXXVII champs were featured on two Monday night games and two Sunday night games.

The Bucs will kick off regular play Sept. 12 against the New Orleans Saints at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome followed by the team's first home game of the season at Raymond James Stadium against the Panthers.

The nationally televised night games are scheduled for Oct. 8 against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field, Oct. 25 against the Raiders at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nov. 2 against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium, Nov. 8 against the Saints at Raymond James and Nov. 23 against the Los Angeles Rams at Raymond James.
