WITH THE ADDITION OF TWO LITIGATION ATTORNEYS

Tampa, Fla., Sept. 29, 2016 – Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of two Tampa-based attorneys to the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice. Amy Burns Baruch has rejoined the firm as an associate. She previously served as an associate in the Tampa office from 2011 to 2013. Giovanni P. Giarratana also joins the firm as an associate.

Baruch rejoins the Commercial Litigation practice as well as devoting some of her practice to the firm’s Financial Services practice. She represents clients in a wide variety of business disputes ranging from individuals and small businesses to large corporations and national financial institutions, including banks, lenders, mortgage companies and insurance companies. In addition, Baruch represents clients in complex family law matters, in both initial and post-dissolution matters.

Outside of Burr & Forman, Baruch is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers.

Baruch earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her law degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Giarratana counsels clients in commercial and corporate litigation. He previously was a summer associate at Burr & Forman in 2015.

Giarratana earned his undergraduate degree from Belmont University and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law.
