We designed this event to welcome individuals with sensory differences and their families to explore and connect in a supportive, engaging environment.
During this event, MOSI transforms into a sensory-friendly space. Dive into hands-on activities, explore our unique <a href="https://mosi.org/exhibits-and-experiences/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">exhibits</a>, discover a sensory-friendly <a href="https://mosi.org/experience/saunders-planetarium/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">planetarium</a> experience, and enjoy the museum’s relaxed atmosphere with lowered lights and reduced noise levels. Join us as San Antonio Citizens Credit Union teaches kids the value of saving through a fun and interactive treasure hunt and foam party! 
Children will collect coins by answering questions and completing small challenges. They can then use their coins to purchase prizes or save for a chance to win a grand prize! The event is included with your Day Ticket, but guests are asked to RSVP on our website. Immediately following the scavenger hunt, kids can join the bubbling fun foam party in The Hub. 
The scavenger hunt is from 2 to 4 p.m. and the foam party is from 4 to 7 p.m.

Dive into Film Photography!Whether you want to dip your toe in the film photography pool, or you’re already swimming and eager to take a deeper dive, Film Photo Guru Lance Rothstein will immerse you in all the aspects of the craft and inspire you to take the plunge. With more than 30 years experience as a professional photojournalist, Lance will bring his film and darkroom expertise, along with many different cameras and film from his massive collection. He’ll discuss the current state of film photography and many of the options available, including 35mm, medium &amp; large format, Polaroid &amp; Instax, even some alternative process techniques like developing your film in instant coffee! We’ll talk about many different resources for film photographers, local, national and international. This will definitely be a two way discussion so feel free to bring your own film camera (or three), if you have questions about them.

Sun, April 26th, the Seminole Heights Home Tour returns for the 26th rendition. The tour is Tampa’s original and longest running.

This year, the tour focuses on the Northeast portion of Old Seminole Heights with a range of gorgeous homes from traditional bungalows, mid-century, to modern. Homes on the river, homes with pools, two-story, and Craftsman - you’ll see it all. Plus points of important local history, the 22nd St Park/HAM radio club, and our electric and water plant.
The NEW start point (ticket pickup) is Rogers Golf Course and you’ll see the related First Tee of Tampa Bay YMCA youth development organization that uses golf to teach life skills. This non-profit children summer golf camp is our focus charity.
The tour runs 11:30 - 3:30 and ends at the Corner Club with a live band. Pre-purchase tickets for $25 (plus processing) or $30 the day of; but note discount for groups of 2+.
