Closet Art and Traditions Wood Works in the Southern Living Showcase Home

Javic Homes is excited to have Closet Art and Traditions Wood Works as partners for the 2014 Tampa Southern Living Showcase Home opening March 27, 2014.  Both of these partners will be building custom features unique to the Showcase Home including shelving by Closet Art and built ins by Traditions Wood Works.

As a Tampa custom home builder, Javic Homes knows that creating storage space to fit a family’s lifestyle and needs is key to a functional living space.  Whether that means creating ample rollout storage in a pantry to hide potential clutter or extra hanging space in a closet for gowns, Closet Art is a knowledgeable source for creating a logical layout for each individual’s needs.

Traditions Wood Works will be building a custom mudroom area, charging station, and various built-ins and nooks throughout the Showcase Home.  Their unique built ins flow seamlessly throughout the home by incorporating the crown molding and baseboard into each design.  Traditions Wood Works is detail oriented and driven to create the most unique and flawless end result possible.  The team at Traditions has worked closely with Javic throughout construction to make sure that each measurement and detail is correct.
