Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Liz Menendez Represents UNATION In Leasing Transaction
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is pleased to announce that sales associate Liz Menendez represented UNATION, LLC in leasing approximately 7,760 square-feet of office space at the Corral Wodiska Cigar Factory, located at 1302 N. 19th Street in Ybor City. The total amount of the lease was $709,800 with a five-year term.
Corral Wodiska is a 50,000 square-foot cigar factory located in the historic Ybor City area of Tampa. The property underwent a complete rehabilitation in accordance with the Historic Guidelines established by the federal government and is currently a multi user office building. Corral Wodiska is located close to 1-4, Downtown, Tampa, Selmon Expressway, I-275 and is walking distance to historic 7th Avenue and numerous restaurants and cafes.
“We’re doing transactions in Plant City, Winterhaven, Tarpon Springs and Ybor, not just in the major cities,” said Dee Maret, Commercial Director of the Tampa office. “We are seeing an increase in leases in West Central Florida as the economy improves and jobs are created, we expect these trends to continue.”

The global equity investment management firm was launched on July 1 by David Iben, former head of the global value group at hedge fund manager Vinik Asset Management.
