The final episode of our Behind the Walls of the Southern Living Showcase Home video blog series explains the features in the home that will make homeowners and guests comfortable. Such comfort features include the Pex System that produces hot water throughout the home in 30 seconds or less, Moen's ioDigital Home Spa System that remembers each person's exact shower settings and preferences, and the Outdoor Kitchen equipped with audio and visual systems.
The 2014 Tampa Southern Living Showcase Home, designed and constructed by Tampa custom home builder, Javic Homes, will be open to the public for 6 weeks in Spring 2014. The nearly 5,000 square foot home sits on the waterfront in the Beach Park neighborhood of South Tampa. All proceeds from charged admission will benefit our two non-profit partners, Operation FINALLY Home and All Children’s Hospital.
