Donald Trump: Name Missing From Some Florida Ballots?

Some Donald Trump supporters have told the candidate they didn't see his name on their Florida Presidential Preference Primary ballots.

TALLAHASSEE, FL — As Florida voting precincts experience their afternoon rush, some Donald Trump supporters are saying they didn't see their candidate’s name on their Republican ballots.

“A lot of complaints from people saying my name is not on the ballot in various places in Florida,” the Trump campaign tweeted Tuesday afternoon. “Hope this is false.”

One person responded to Trump's tweet by posting a shot of a ballot that appeared to have Trump's name missing from it. But, another noted the picture was of a sample ballot ... not the real deal.

Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner attempted to squelch any fears that Trump supporters are getting the bush off in the Sunshine State with a tweet of his own.

“Would like to assure all FL voters that ballots for the PPP included all candidate names certified by me on Dec. 15,” Detzner tweeted.

The official Republican ballot certification for Tuesday, March 15’s primary includes a long slate of Republican candidates, many of which have dropped out. Names on the Republican ballot in the Sunshine State are Jeb Bush, Ben Carson, Chris Christie, Ted Cruz, Carly Fiorina, Jim Gilmore, Lindsey Graham, Mike Huckabee, John R. Kasich, Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, Rick Santorum
and Donald J. Trump. Only Trump, Cruz, Rubio and Kasich remain actively in the race.

Florida Democrats should see three names on their ballots: Hillary Clinton, Martin O’Malley and Bernie Sanders.
