“The timing is right for sales to begin here,” said Darren Saltzberg, city manager for D.R. Horton’s Tampa/Sarasota Division. “With its prime location close to the beaches and all of the amenities that West Bradenton has to offer, we expect home sales here to be strong,” said Saltzberg.
D.R. Horton is currently building its Bedford floorplan to be featured as the model in the community. The Bedford is a two-story, master-down home with 2,592 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a loft.
