Duffy's Sports Grill Reopens In Time To Cheer Bucs To Victory
After being closed following a fire, Duffy's reopens with a new look, new sports mural and new menu items.

TAMPA, FL — Duffy's Sports Grill in Tampa will celebrate the holidays with new menu items, holiday libations and a renovated interior and exterior including a floor-to-ceiling mural of Tampa Bay's most notable athletes.
On May 31, a fire broke out at the sports bar at 1580 N Dale Mabry Highway when a lit cigarette was tossed into a pile of mulch, resulting in $85,000 in damages. It proved to be a major blow for the popular bar, which was a popular gathering place for sports watch parties. Tampa's only Duffy's would normally have drawn standing-room-only crowds for the Stanley Cup playoffs, won by the Tampa Bay Lighting July 8.
But, after months of being closed, Duffy's Sports Grill Tampa is making a big comeback. The restaurant celebrated its grand reopening Dec. 3, featuring a football kick-off party hosted by Buccaneer legend Derrick Brooks along with Super Bowl Tailgate giveaways, Bucs tickets to lucky winners and three days of special offers.
