Energy Efficiency Behind the Walls of the Southern Living Showcase Home

Check out Part 2 of our Behind the Walls Tour of the Southern Living Custom Builder Showcase Home opening in Spring 2014. This video highlights the factors influencing the energy efficiency of the home such as the doors, windows and insulation.

The state of the art, West Indies style home will be open for 6 weeks in the Spring of 2014. The approximately 5,000 square foot waterfront home has been designed and built by Tampa custom builder, Javic Homes. All proceeds from admissions will benefit our two non-profit partners, Operation Finally Home and All Children’s Hospital.
