Both partners were vital in making flooring selections that would not only be beautiful, but would be durable enough to withstand the steady traffic that will be walking through the home designed and built by Tampa new home builder, Javic Homes.

Exclusive Flooring Center is a family owned and operated business located in Tampa. They offer all types of flooring including laminate, tile, carpet, and hardwood. Exclusive will be providing the tile throughout the Showcase Home and installing all the flooring provided by our additional partners, Mullican Flooring and WE Cork.
