Fatal Shooting Investigated In Tampa: Sheriff’s Office

TAMPA, FL — A Sunday morning fatal shooting is under investigation in Tampa, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

The shooting happened around 6:30 a.m. near North Nebraska Avenue and 129th Avenue.

The victim, a man, was brought to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The incident is isolated, investigators said.
