FL-Based Bagel Chain Opens Second Tampa Bay-Area Shop

BRANDON, FL — Jeff’s Bagel Run, headquartered in Orlando, is expanding its presence in the Tampa Bay area with the opening of its second shop in the region.

A new location in Brandon, at 875 E. Bloomingdale Ave., will celebrate its grand opening on Friday, according to a news release.

The company already operates a bagel shop in south Tampa at 3810 W. Neptune Ave., and other locations are opening soon in Oldsmar and New Port Richey, according to its website.

Jeff’s Bagel Run makes its bagels from scratch at each location, with batches mixed, boiled and baked throughout the day. Customers can choose from a rotating selection of 16 bagel flavors, along with signature and seasonal cream cheese spreads.

The menu also includes coffee, specialty beverages and other breakfast items.

“From the moment we started preparing to open in Brandon, the community has been incredibly welcoming,” Jeff Perera, co-founder, said in a statement. “We love becoming part of neighborhoods where people can make Jeff’s part of their morning, their weekend or just their regular bagel run.”

The Brandon store will offer prizes throughout its grand opening day on Friday. Its regular hours will be 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.

Jeff and Danielle Perera founded Jeff’s Bagel Run in 2019. The company now has 41 locations across 11 states, including Florida, and continues to expand through franchising.

The brand was ranked No. 94 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the country. It also acquired Otus Coffee in 2024, and its beverage menu includes coffee roasted through the company.
