The Florida Wind Band Presents Land of the Free, Home of the Brave

The Florida Wind Band will be presenting its sixth annual tribute to America and its servicemen and women with a concert entitled: Land of the Free, Home of the Brave. The event will occur on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 7:30 pm in the concert hall of the University of South Florida School of Music. The Florida Wind Band is a professional level ensemble that has been performing in the Tampa Bay area for eight years. This terrific band will present an inspirational and patriotic concert that will reflect many aspects of American culture. Our special guest announcer for the evening is the Classical Music Director of WUSF radio, Mr. Russell Gant. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster ($8 seniors and students, and $12 for adults), or on the day of the concert, tickets may be purchase one hour before the doors open at the concert hall box office ($10 seniors and students, and $15 for adults).
