Forbici has several varieties of Roman-style pizza, salads, Italian tapas, grain bowls and full entrees. Adjoining is Slice Joynt a small grab-and-go pizzeria for locals and shoppers seeking a quick bite.

Roman-style pizza is made in long slabs of cut into rectangles with scissors (forbici means scissors). The pizza is airy and light and has a nice crisp texture. They ferment the dough for 72 hours, creating a fluffy crust that is actually 80 percent water.
On our first visit, we are impressed with the happy hour drink and food specials.

On our second visit, we thoroughly enjoy a few of the options from the antipasti menu.
Poppy's Shrimp is made with grilled shrimp, garlic, lemon, fresh herbs and grilled Jamison B ciabatta.

Fregola Sarda contains pearl-shaped pasta, roasted corn, pancetta, basil and pecorino romano

Forbici has full bar service with house cocktails, wines and craft beer.
