Halfacre Construction Company has been selected to start a new project at the Special Operations Detachment Center (SOD-C) facility for the Florida Department of Military Affairs at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Fla.
The Halfacre team will build an 8,200 square foot SOD-C Ready Building to house an office and meeting facility for the Florida Army National Guard. Halfacre was selected as the Design/Build firm for this project after recently successfully completing a storage facility at MacDill for the Florida Army National Guard.

Halfacre Construction Company is one of only six construction management firms pre-qualified to build for the Florida Department of Military Affairs in this region. Construction on the SOD-C ready building will begin in January 2014.
