TAMPA, FL — The Hatchery, a Tampa-based, fast-casual concept offering a tasty take on
chicken from scratch that is 100 percent natural and hormone-free, has launched four ghost kitchens in the Tampa Bay area.

The chicken concept quickly went from sidekick to superstar late in 2020, thanks to a curated
lineup of chicken dishes, including signature sandwiches, tenders, smoked wings, salads and a
variety of dipping sauces.

The ghost kitchens will operate out of these Beef O' Brady's locations:

“Launching the Hatchery as a ghost kitchen gave us great insight into how well concepts with
drive-thrus performed in the pandemic,” Scott SirLouis, chief operating officer of FSC, The Hatchery’s parent company. “We built the foundation of The Hatchery kitchen and the product flows so that we could accommodate a drive-thru fairly easily. We saw huge success so we’re looking forward to bringing the concept to more areas in the Tampa Bay community.”

The Hatchery was born from reimagined customer favorites, pairing an array of proprietary
classic and spicy marinades and breading with the highest quality all-white meat available. The
brand's salads are always fresh, made-to-order.
