Hillsborough Commission To Resume In-Person Public Comments

In-person public comment will return in limited capacity at the regular Board of County Commissioners meetings beginning Aug. 4.

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL — In-person public comment will return in limited capacity at the regular Board of County Commissioners meetings beginning Aug. 4.

The BOCC sets aside 45 minutes at the beginning of its regular meetings to hear from the public. In an effort to maintain accessibility, commissioners will continue with the convenient virtual option as well.

Coronavirus protocols have restricted in-person public attendance at the BOCC’s meetings held in the second-floor boardroom of the Frederick B. Karl County Center, 601 E. Kennedy Blvd., since March 2020.
