Joel Dayock joins The Watermark at Trinity as Executive Director

Watermark Retirement Communities has hired Joel Dayock as Executive Director of The Watermark at Trinity in Florida. Dayock brings more than 26 years of senior living experience to the role, including more than 12 years of experience in the role of Executive Director. During his career, Joel has operated large, multi-site communities with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. He also has more than 10 years of experience in senior living dining and hospitality.

Prior to joining The Watermark at Trinity, Joel served as Executive Director of The Fountains at Boca Ciega Bay, a Watermark Retirement Community in nearby St. Petersburg, Florida.
