Lee Wetherington Homes Breaks Ground on New Model at The Concession

Lee Wetherington Homes is pleased to announce the ground breaking of its new model at The Concession, a gated golf course community between Sarasota and Manatee counties.

The Verona model will feature a brand new floorplan for the award winning Lakewood Ranch based builder. “Our custom architecture team based this new floorplan on our popular Murano plan, which swept every category in this year’s Parade of Homes,” said Peter Mason, vice-president of sales and marketing for Lee Wetherington Homes. “We’ve added in some new features to appeal to this market segment and to blend the living areas together with larger open spaces. The Verona will also feature disappearing corners and large sliding glass doors to bring the outdoor spaces in, and enhance the Florida lifestyle and year round entertaining,” said Mason.

The single story Verona model will be 3,600 square feet, with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus a den, bonus room, and a Florida basement. The expansive open floorplan with also include a large outdoor dining and living area with a beautiful entry portico. The Verona model will open in early 2014.
