Man Accused Of Filming Woman In Target Dressing Room

A 33-year-old man was arrested Wednesday after being accused of using a cell phone to secretly video a woman in a Target dressing room.

TAMPA, FL — A 33-year-old Tampa man was arrested Wednesday after being accused of using a cell phone to secretly video a woman in a Target dressing room.

Tampa Police charged Charles Richard Schenck of West Wisconsin Avenue, Tampa, with video voyeurism.

On Friday, July 26, a woman reported that she was in a changing room at Target, 3625 W. Gandy Blvd., at 12:26 p.m. when she saw a black cell phone with a clear case pointing at her from the bottom opening of the changing room door. She screamed out and the phone was pulled away

Surveillance video from the store and information from store employees led Tampa Police to Schenck, who was questioned and admitted to using his cell phone to record the woman undressing. He told detectives he felt guilty and deleted the video after he left the store.
