Man Fatally Shot Just Off Front Porch Of Tampa Home

TAMPA, FL — Tampa police are investigating a fatal shooting that took place Saturday on the ground outside the front porch of a home in the 9800 block of North Myrtle Street.

Police were called to the home at 4:50 am. to find a Black man in his mid-40s dead on the ground.

Police are interviewing witnesses. They said the shooting does not appear random.
