The South Tampa seafood restaurant shut down May 28 following a dispute between the owner and landlord, .

Owner Allen Berube, who once operated three Monstah Lobstah locations, told TBO he is seeking a new site for his restaurant.

The Bank of Tampa alerted Berube last April it had begun foreclosure proceedings on the property at 1901 W. Platt St., TBO reports.
