National Night Out Galvanizes South Tampa

Chick-fil-A on South Dale Mabry Boulevard and the Interbay-Glover Family YMCA on South Himes Avenue hosted National Night Out events on Tuesday, August 2.

South Tampa was active Tuesday, August 2, with National Night Out events scheduled throughout the community.

With National Night Out, police hope to strengthen community partnerships, and send a message to criminals that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back against crime.

Chick-Fil-A at S. Dale Mabry and the Glover-Interbay YMCA served as hubs for two such events.
