Fully insured and licensed, Sarasota natives Brad Westover, the president of the newly formed company, and T.J. Nutter, president of Nutter Custom Construction, founded this joint venture. Friends for over 30 years, the two wanted to combine their core competencies to build a concierge-style services company that joined Westover’s technology-driven understanding of the on-demand marketplace with Nutter’s unmatched quality and craftsmanship that his clients have grown to expect.
