Neal Communities breaks company's all-time sales record

Just one month after breaking the company’s monthly sales record, Neal Communities, southwest Florida’s premier homebuilder, has topped even that number by selling 108 total homes in April, a 9 percent increase over the company’s incredible March numbers.

Grand Palm, Neal’s master-planned community in Venice, continues to lead the company’s sales numbers, with a total of 17 sales in April. The company also saw significant sales in Englewood’s Boca Royale Golf & Country Club and in Lakewood Ranch’s Central Park, where only 45 homesites remain. Neal sold five homes in Parrish’s Forest Creek and four apiece at Neal Signature Homes’ Wildgrass in Sarasota and in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch.

Neal also opened two new communities last month – Magnolia Point in Manatee County and Indigo in Lakewood Ranch. Already, six new homes have been sold in Indigo.

Building on the momentum established in early 2015, Neal Communities also made its entrance into Hillsborough County this year, which are the first Hillsborough homes built by the company in its over 40-year history.

Additionally, Neal Communities recently added eight full-time employees to its team and 68 new employees since the beginning of 2014.
