Neal Communities debuts in Waterset with grand opening event

The grand opening will feature fanfare, fun and food with food trucks provided by Tampa Food Truck Rally, a fresh farmer’s market, a pet adoption event from the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, live music on the Grand Lawn, face painters, balloon artists and more. In total, 12 new home models are opening at the event, and the new model row featuring 10 models will be revealed to the public.

Visitors attending the open house can browse through three fully decorated and professionally designed models from Neal Communities’ Inspiration and Coral series. With 2,110 square feet of living space, Neal’s Applause model and sales center includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a two-car garage. The 1,434-square-foot Crystal Sand and the 1,524-square-foot Tidewater villa models each have two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a two-car garage.
