Neal Communities Introduces Magnolia Point

During the event, attendees can enjoy ice cream, hamburgers and hotdogs along with activities such as a jump house, face painting and balloon animals. Guests will also have the opportunity to tour the Applause model, a 2,110-square-foot home with three bedrooms, three bathroom suites and a two-car garage, and the Encore model, a 2,552-square-foot two-story home with four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a two-car garage.

This floor plan is part of the Inspiration Series of 40-foot wide, family-oriented plans, which showcases a craftsman architectural style. These affordable one- and two-story floor plans, from 1,772 square feet and flexible up to 2,700 square feet, include Expression, Applause, Tribute, Encore and Ovation.

Magnolia Point is located along Whitfield Avenue and Tuttle Avenue between Sarasota and Bradenton. The community will have 74 home sites available, with an additional parcel of 37 home sites to be added in future phases. Magnolia Point will be connected via a walking trail and will offer ample open space.

Magnolia Point is centrally located less than six miles from the interstate. The area provides easy access to famous white-sand beaches, top-rated schools, recreational and cultural activities, shopping and dining.
