After just two years, Neal Communities’ (NealCommunities.com) Sugar Mill Lakes in Palmetto is completely sold out.

The last home available at Sugar Mill Lakes was the Lakewood-Ranch based homebuilders’ Sunlight 3 model, which sold this week.

“At an average sales price in the mid $250,000s, this Manatee County neighborhood exploded onto the market in August 2013 and sold out quickly due to its prime location and excellent value,” said Nicole Brooks, director of sales for Neal Communities. “Additionally, Sugar Mill Lakes is close to several city centers, including Tampa, St. Pete, Sarasota and Bradenton, and its great family-friendly amenities were a huge draw.”
