Neal Signature Homes breaks ground on new model in Lakewood Ranch

Neal Signature Homes (NealSignatureHomes.com), a semi-custom, luxury homebuilder, broke ground on a new model, the Montecito, in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch.

The nearly 2,400-square-foot home design is available for homebuyers wishing to build in the Highlands neighborhood within Country Club East. The newly designed floor plan will feature three bedrooms plus a den, two bathrooms, a three-car garage, paver driveway and a tile roof.
