Neal Signature Homes hires Ulmer

Neal Signature Homes (www.NealSignatureHomes.com), a Lakewood Ranch-based luxury homebuilder, recently hired Jeannie Ulmer as a new home sales associate at MiraBay, where she will handle all aspects of selling new homes.

A Florida native since she was two years old, Ulmer has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Neal Communities, Ulmer worked throughout Florida in a number of positions, including as a sales consultant, broker, marketing representative and even owned and operated her own real estate office – Ulmer & Associates in Winter Park, Fla. Her career began in Captiva Island where she trained and managed sales consultants.
