Nearly sold out Central Park in Lakewood Ranch celebrates five-year anniversary

“When we opened Central Park in July 2010, it was a major milestone for Neal Communities,” said Pat Neal, founder and CEO of the new home building firm. “At the time, there was nothing like it in Lakewood Ranch – homes were carefully designed to surround a large park, providing easy access to all residents and prices started in the high $100,000s. With five home styles to choose from, several of those initial neighborhoods are now completely sold out and the remaining larger homes now average in the $400,000s. Piedmont Park, Forest Park and Brickell Park are already sold out and only 30 homesites remain in the entire community.
