Norman Reedus Lined Up For Tampa Bay Comic Con

TAMPA, FL — Fans of “The Walking Dead” may want to put this year’s Tampa Bay Comic Con on their agendas.

While the event is still months away, organizers have begun to announce celebrity guests. One of the most recent additions to the lineup is Norman Reedus, who is famed for his role as Daryl Dixon on AMC’s hit zombie show. Reedus will appear on Saturday, Aug. 6, signing autographs and posing for shots with fans. The cost is $75 each, cash only, for a few moments of the crossbow-slinging actor’s time.

Other celebrities announced so far include:

• Ian McDiarmid who played the Emperor Palpatine in “Star Wars” – He’ll appear Aug. 6-7. Photos and autographs are $75 each.
• Jack Gleeson, who played Joffrey Baratheon on “Game of Thrones” – His appearance is set for Aug. 6-7 with autographs and photo ops costing $50 cash each.
• Ray Park, who’s known for his roles as Darth Maul in “Star Wars” and Toad in “X-Men” – He’ll appear Aug. 6-7 with photo ops and autographs costing $40 each.
• Iwan Rheon, who’s most recently known for his portrayal of Ramsay Bolton on “Game of Thrones” – He’ll appear Aug. 6-7 with photo ops and autographs costing $50 each.

Once again, Tampa Bay Comic Con takes place at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 S. Franklin St. The con runs from noon until midnight Aug. 5, 8 a.m. until midnight Aug. 6 and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 7.

Pre-order admission tickets are already available. Single-day admission for Friday and Sunday costs $30 while Saturday entry is $40. Three-day admission passes are $60.
