Oxford Exchange's opening statement on their web site is "We want Oxford Exchange to be a place, put simply, where community happens". That mantra is carried out in the event programming and use of space through out this charming one of a kind building.

Drawing on inspiration from the historic clubs, libraries and shops of London OE has succeeded in providing the ultimate gathering spot in downtown Tampa.

The first floor at OE is home to several businesses. Buddy Brew Coffee and Tebella Tea Company provide great beverages for the main meeting area. This beautiful space is intentionally wi-fi free so as to encourage guest interaction. Get off the internet, visit and talk to each other.

The gorgeous book store has many unique programs. Every month the OE Book Club features a literary discussion and a themed menu. Children's book club with tea, book fairs, author meetings, this is great environment to foster anyone's love of reading. OE Kidshelf is a signed first edition book subscription for children. Carefully chosen to fuel a child's imagination and appreciation of books! What a great gift idea.

The Commerce Club upstairs is a shared work space membership area with private meeting space. OE often donates this space for community meetings. During weddings the upstairs rooms are used for the bridal party. You could not find a more beautiful backdrop for your wedding photos.

These next photos are from the Riverwalk Dine & Wine tour that features a VIP tour and champagne.

I usually write about food and although the food at OE is incredible I was more compelled to share photos of this truly unique one of a kind Tampa treasure. Oxford Exchange is a heartfelt success that has created a space that speaks of the owners passions and sparks others.
