Pasco County Schools Worker Arrested On Child Porn Charge
A laptop with at least 40 photos and five videos of child porn were allegedly found at the New Port Richey home of William Napolitano.

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — A Pasco County School District transportation worker was arrested Tuesday on a federal charge of distributing and possessing child porn, multiple media outlets reported. Federal agents arrested William Napolitano, 34, of New Port Richey, at his home Halloween night, the Tampa Bay Times reported. They allegedly found a laptop with at least 40 photos and five videos of child porn.
The agents said they found Napolitano on a living room couch with an iPhone shoved under the cushions. The complaint said he refused to unlock the phone, but acknowledged going by the username"routemeup," on the social messaging app, Kik. A user with the same name sent an undercover agent in February a video of child rape, the complaint said, and had logged in from homes tied to Napolitano. His laptop also had the same username.
The school district told the newspaper that Napolitano had no disciplinary problems or complaints against him. He was placed on administrative leave.
