Powerstories Invites 5th-8th Grade Girls To Winter Camp

TAMPA, FL — Powerstories Theatre will host its Girlstories Leadership Theatre Winter Camp, an opportunity for fifth- to eighth-grade girls to explore their creative potential. This unique camp, meeting one Saturday a month, kicks off on Oct. 7.

The best part? It's free, but registration is required to secure your child's spot.

Under the guidance of Powerstories' staff, the girls of Girlstories Leadership Theatre will embark on a journey to create a theater podcast. They can decide the podcast's name, select interviewees and formulate thought-provoking questions. Additionally, they'll craft the podcast's logo and graphic design, learn the ins and outs of sound equipment and editing software, successfully upload their finished podcast to platforms like Spotify and other selected outlets, and acquire essential skills in marketing their podcast to gain a subscriber base.
