TAMPA, Fla. (October 14, 2014) – Premier Eye Care has enhanced its technology platform by hiring experienced industry professional Dennis Poore as Director of IT Infrastructure and Security.
Poore has more than 15 years of experience in system engineering and expertise in network security, support and recovery. As Director of IT Infrastructure and Security, Poore will focus on internal infrastructure to keep Premier’s systems and communications at the forefront of the industry. In this newly created position, Poore joins a robust team of experts in Medical Economics, Reporting, SQL, Configuration, and Systems.

Prior to joining the Premier team, Poore served as senior network and operations manager for U.S. Epperson Underwriting. While there, he oversaw corporate infrastructure and lead the IT team responsible for servers, desktop support and data communications. Poore was also a Senior Network Engineer for American Media, Inc.
He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic University.
